About us

De Bresser has been around for more than 100 years and has been active in the BeNeLux for years. In addition to our branches in the Netherlands, we also have our first physical location in Belgium since 2024. We have our warehouse, staff and equipment at Bazellaan 8 in Evere (Brussels ring road).

De Bresser B.V. is a member of Erkende Verhuizers and Top Movers Nederland.

De Bresser is led by Tomas and Ineke Brands. Tomas took over the shares from the 3rd generation of the De Bresser family in 2011. Together, Ineke and Tomas ensure that the personal touch and quality of our services are of paramount importance! Tomas in the role of Managing Director, and Ineke plays an important role in sales.

History

De Bresser Verhuizingen BV – Top Movers was founded because Jan and Nico de Bresser took over the company from their father Jan de Bresser in 1983. Jan de Bresser had a moving and transport company that was founded in 1923 by Cis de Bresser in the Joh. Lenartzstraat in Oisterwijk, NL. Today we have 4 locations in the Netherlands and 1 in Belgium.

De Bresser is ‘Erkende Verhuizer’ (Accredited Movers). This means you are choosing a reliable moving company. In fact, each Accredited Mover meets all the requirements imposed by the Organisation of Accredited Movers. So you can be sure that all our employees will move your belongings skilfully and responsibly. This covers safety, your belongings and the environment.

Our team

Meet the team at De Bresser. Our team consists of enthusiastic and dedicated staff, each strong in his or her own speciality. Below are the people who work in our office. Alongside these enthusiastic employees, another ~80 people also work in our warehouses and on the road.

Tomas Brands

General manager

Tomas took over the shares from the 3rd generation of the de Bresser family in 2011. Tomas’ tasks include major business relocations and contract management.

Ineke Brands

Removal without worries

Ineke has her own company Ontzorgd Verhuizen Noord-Brabant, which keeps her very busy. She often supports De Bresser with field service tasks and provides attention.

Aafke Smetsers

Internal service

Aafke is a real administrative jack-of-all-trades and is responsible for the internal sales department.

Danique van Kimmenaede

Internal service

Danique, together with Aafke, is responsible for the office staff and supports the HR department.

Patrick van Loon

Field service

Patrick visits private individuals to inventory the contents. Following a tour of the house and the wishes and needs of the residents, Patrick makes a no-obligation quote.

Jeanine Schoenmakers

Financial

This is Jeanine Schoenmakers, financial administrative employee. Jeanine is responsible for invoicing and accounts receivable management.

Carla van Roessel - De Bresser

Financial

Carla is an administrative employee and she is responsible for checking all hours worked at De Bresser, she checks whether this is correct and enters it further.

Tatjana Ihnatava

Financial

Tatjana works in our financial department and she is responsible for processing the claims.

Eric van der Schans

Operational

Eric is an all-round planner. His tasks include planning for private and business relocations. In addition, he is the direct manager for all operational employees and is responsible for the internal improvement processes.

Rick Roovers

Operational

Rick is responsible for planning the medical devices. Rick also manages the warehouse in Oisterwijk where all medical items go in and out and are ultimately delivered to customers. He maintains contact with the suppliers and is ultimately responsible for this.

Niels van Gestel

Operational

Niels is a foreign planner: he makes the schedules, maintains contact with foreign agents and is responsible for the import and export of files. Niels directly leads the international team and is the first point of contact.

Aaron Mutsaers

Operational

This is Aaron Mutsaers, International Move Coordinator – Client Desk. Aaron is responsible for customer contact with all foreign agents and management of foreign teams.

Femke van Hamond

Human Resources

Femke is HR manager and is therefore responsible for human resources and payroll administration.

Yvonne de Bresser

KAM Coordinator

This is Yvonne de Bresser. Yvonne is responsible for ISO, OEV and EPV Certification, internal and external hygiene checks and building inspections.
