Moving house is a big event for you and your family. Moving often brings a lot of stress, but we can take all the worries off your hands. How we work
Working method
1. Introductory meeting / quote
Discuss your move by phone, video call or with a specialist adviser for an accurate quote. Our preference is for a personal assessment by one of our experienced advisers, so there are no surprises and we can offer you an exact quote.
2. Packing
You can opt to do the packing yourself or let us do it for you. Let us know your preference in advance so that we can deliver the necessary packing materials to your home.
3. Final check
A final on-site check to ensure everything goes smoothly on moving day. A specialist will visit a few days before the move to go over the details and discuss any last-minute adjustments, avoiding any surprises on moving day.
4. The move
Confirmation of moving times a day in advance, followed by professional movers who keep everything running smoothly. Our sales team will call you to confirm the moving times, after which our experienced movers will ensure your move is efficient and hassle-free.
5. Aftercare
You can opt to unpack your belongings yourself or let us do it for you, with the option of having the packing material collected and of aftercare. After the bulk of the move is complete, you have the choice of unpacking your belongings yourself or leaving this to our specialists. After the move, we will also be ready for any questions or comments you may still have.
