Good asset management starts with a thorough inventory. Our dedicated and experienced asset manager will go through your building from top to bottom and look at every piece of furniture, then accurately draw up an inventory of all your assets. Our aim in this is not only to improve your operational efficiency, but also to minimise your carbon footprint and actively contribute to a more efficient circular economy.
2. WMS and Furniture passport
We then digitise your assets with our advanced Warehouse Management System (WMS), including detailed CO2 reporting. This enables us to register each piece of furniture and provide it with a furniture passport. This passport contains all the important information about a piece of furniture so you can make informed choices about reuse, repair or recycling. We thus contribute to a circular economy, by preserving value and minimising waste.

3. Asset storage
Our regional storage facilities provide a secure environment for your assets, while our customer portal gives you full control of and insight into the management of your stored items. We look at shelf life and duration of storage together, to find the most effective solution. Moreover, we use electric vehicles for eco-friendly transport to and from our storage sites, demonstrating our commitment to sustainability.
4. Buying and selling assets
If furniture is no longer in use, we at De Bresser also offer the opportunity to give it a new life by offering it through our online circular furniture platform. Our wide range of used furniture offers a simple solution for selling and buying existing furniture, with full support for transport, removals and storage.
5. Circular furniture
In cooperation with local recycling centres and thrift shops, we give surplus or defective furniture a new life through repairs, refurbishment and upcycling. Thus, we actively contribute to reducing waste and promoting a circular economy.
